We specialize in custom PC builds, troubleshooting, repairs, virus removal, upgrades, and general tech support. Do you work on both desktops and laptops?
Yes! However, laptop repairs are more limited due to proprietary parts and designs. I can help with software issues, upgrades (RAM/SSD swaps), and troubleshooting, but hardware repairs may require manufacturer support.

Do you fix Apple/Mac devices?
I primarily specialize in Windows PCs, but I can assist with basic troubleshooting, software fixes, and data migration for Macs.

Do you fix tablets/smartphones/mobile devices?
I currently do not have the ability to repair mobile devices but will explore this in the future. If your device is having other issues, or if you need help setting it up, I can help with that.

Do you offer tech support for small businesses?
At the moment, my focus is on individual consumers and home users. I may expand into business IT support in the future.

Where do you provide service?
I currently serve the Raleigh/Durham area and surrounding locations. If you're outside this area, reach out, and I'll see if I can accommodate you.

Do you make house calls, or do I bring my computer to you?
I specialize in mobile tech support and house calls—meaning I come to you for repairs and troubleshooting. If necessary, I can take the device for further diagnostics and return it once it's fixed.

Do you offer remote support?
Yes! If your issue is software-related, I can troubleshoot it remotely via screen-sharing tools.

💰 Pricing & Payments

How much does a diagnostic cost?
I charge a $50 nonrefundable diagnostic fee. If you proceed with repairs, my hourly rate is $25 per hour.

What payment methods do you accept?
I accept credit/debit cards, digital payments (via PayPal), and cash.

Is there a warranty on service?
Yes! I stand by my work. If the the same issue from a repair reoccurs within a month or if something I set up for you has issues, I’ll reassess it at no additional charge.

How much do custom PC builds cost?
The price depends on the parts you choose. I charge a flat fee for assembly and setup, but you’ll purchase the components separately. I can also guide you in selecting parts that best suit your budget.

It depends on the situation. I offer basic data recovery services, but if the storage device is severely damaged, a specialized data recovery company may be required.

Is my data safe during repairs?
