First, I'll visit your home and diagnose the issue with your computer for a non refundable base fee of $50.
Before proceeding with a resolution, I will inform you and let you know the plan before proceeding.
If you give the go ahead, I will proceed to solve the issue.
If I cannot solve the issue, you will not be charged any labor fees.
